About Me
I help make things happen and I specialize in instructional design, project delivery and digital content. As a life-long learner, I'm always exploring opportunities to collaborate with leaders and teams in the fields of adult learning, content and project management. I have a calling to support educators in Restorative Justice, Herbalist, Craft/Maker and Magical Diaspora Spirituality spaces.

About My Work
I have over 15 years experience in Project Management and Facilitation and 10 years experience as a Designer creating, curating and delivering educational content in the forms of Video, eLearnings, Job Aids and other modalities.

Leadership Training: I worked with a program owner to convert her PowerPoint based instructor-led virtual training into an asynchronous, interactive eLearning to save time and improve consistency of content delivery. I also created 3 AI avatar videos to embed into the course.
Technical Training: I used an old video recording used to train clinical employees on policy & procedures to create an eLearning with audio narration and knowledge checks.
